Keeping a journal to help track your symptoms is great. It provides organization and record keeping, plus if you having it online, someone else may get helped from your experiences.
Today though, I have nothing new to report. I'm still wearing the athletic supporter, day and night. I'm trying to exercise and push through whatever pain may arise. Today was a real active day for me. No surprise, my symptoms and pain were much less.
So this is going to be a 'plain-Jane' journal entry, fitting for a Sunday I guess. Today was a good day, on many fronts: god church service, good friends, good times and good food. I hope this is a trend!
