I know I harp on this all the time, but sitting is like the "deathnail" for PVPS. Just something about it makes your nerves down there get all angry. I wish I knew how my nerves were injured, then maybe this sitting thing would make sense. But as it stands (pardon the pun), sitting is just a killer.
After a great weekend with no pain, I now have pain after sitting down for 60 minutes. Yep, that's all it took, just 1 hour and the nerve pain has made its presence felt. What is the deal? So if you are having PVPS or groin nerve pain or whatever, then try getting off your backside and see if that helps.
Time to go for a walk I guess. Maybe it can undo whatever the sitting did in the first case.
